It was said that drones can cut down delivery times to half an hour. Although there are certain locations where drones are limited to be flown, they’ve filed numerous patents for drone warehouses to prevent the opportunity for smuggling. 

2. Shooting videos and movies. Movies and video footage are now of higher quality and they expose the beauty this world has to offer through aerial views of sceneries and certain places that are limited by human capabilities. Certain motion censored UAV’s are also used in action movies to perfectly capture the movements of actors. Also, most movies of today are using drones in capturing higher quality films. This could also help in diagnosing the diseases crops are having.

4. Weather. Since drones are light and easy to control, they have been widely used in analyzing weather conditions. Certain UAV’s can maneuver around the boundaries of storms and hurricanes to detect the potential damages a storm could do. They can carry atmospheric sensors that can measure humidity, temperature, air pressure and wind direction.

5. Life support and rescue. Some deaths and diseases in remote areas are caused by insufficient access to essential medicines and medical supplies. Certain drones are said to be able to deliver blood and other important medical needs to remote areas within minutes to hours that could save the lives of numerous patients. 6. Wildlife monitoring. Monitoring the status of endangered wildlife and animals in harm without disturbing them or disturbing their habitat. UAV’s are now capable of capturing close shots of wildlife; marine and terrestrial wildlife to monitor their state of being and habitats. These could also prevent wildlife smuggling or trafficking as drones serve as surveillance to threatened wildlife.
